Warehouse Officer

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records for raw materials, finished goods, spares and consumables.
• Handle GRN, material issue notes, stock registers and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper material stacking, safety and warehouse housekeeping.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare regular inventory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Steel Rolling Mill / Manufacturing / Heavy Industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
• Candidates with Tanzania/Africa experience preferred.
