Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location Okhla, Delhi ( 6 Days WFO )
NP - 15 Days
Interview Process - 2 rounds Virtual & 2 rounds F2F

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Allocate work efficiently among warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory control activities.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
Ensure adherence to marketplace SLAs and order fulfillment timelines.
Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff on operational processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse SOPs, and quality standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Prepare operational reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.
This is a shift-based role that may require working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
