Role overview:
We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer who can enhance students' communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. The trainer will also focus on strengthening students' English grammar and language skills.
key responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on:Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)English Grammar (Tenses, Parts of Speech, Sentence Formation, Vocabulary, Error Correction)Presentation SkillsPublic SpeakingInterpersonal SkillsTime ManagementTeamwork & LeadershipProblem-Solving SkillsConfidence BuildingTeach basic to advanced spoken and written EnglishConduct grammar exercises, quizzes, and language activitiesOrganize mock interviews, group discussions, and role playsDesign training materials and worksheetsEvaluate student performance and provide feedbackMaintain reports and attendanceRequired skills:
Excellent communication skills in EnglishStrong knowledge of English grammar and sentence structureAbility to train students in spoken EnglishGood presentation and facilitation skillsEngaging and interactive teaching styleQualifications:
Any Graduate / PostgraduateCertification in Soft Skills0 to 1 years experience (Freshers with strong grammar skills can apply)Preferred qualities:
