01Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue generation for digital lending and investment products.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute business development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with business goals.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine the sales approach.
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Train and mentor sales team members for skill enhancement.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track and optimize the sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 47 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or digital lending.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software. .
