01Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers handling unsecured business loan products.
Drive open market sourcing and lead generation for SME/MSME customers.
Set individual and team targets; monitor performance and ensure goal achievement.
Identify new markets, opportunities, and channel partners for loan sourcing.
Train and mentor RMs on products, processes, and compliance.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy guidelines.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
58 years of experience in unsecured business loans, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
Strong understanding of SME lending, underwriting, and market trends.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. .
