Nexdigm is hiring Accounts Manager (MIS) for one of our client in Mumbai (Khar West).
Role Description:
The Accounts Manager is responsible for examining company record to ensure correct and complete financial statements are presented to Management, that are reliable. Ensure regulatory compliance, timely filing of respective returns and statements with respective regulatory authorities. Shall handle financial and compliance audits in accordance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
Job Responsibility :
- Closing of Monthly Financials P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cashflow.
- Preparation of Budgets, Annual Operation Plan
- Analysis of Expense Trend, Variances Actual vs Budget, or vs LY
- Ageing Analysis of Business Partners Vendors, Customers
- Scrutiny of GLs of Expense, Income, Assets and Liabilities
- Fixed Assets Management
- Co-ordination with Auditors for Statutory, Internal, Stock Audits
- Handling Statutory Compliances - TDS, TCS, GST
- Handling Audits and Assessments, SCNs initiated by Regulatory Authorities
- Working Capital Management
Qualification and Experience: CA - Experience of Minimum 6-8 years (incl, 3 yrs articleship)
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong Knowledge of Basic Principles of Accounting, and Bookkeeping
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive Analytical and Communication skills
- Positive Attitude
- Takes initiative to drive efficiency
Working Days and Timings:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM to 7.00 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturday off .
