Job Description
Join us in Jaipur, Sitapura as a Customer Support Executive. You will manage customer interactions through digital channels, ensuring high-quality resolution and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Seller Support: Assist retail sellers via email and chat with account, inventory, and order issues.
Resolve customer queries in real-time via chat and email platforms.
Maintain professional grammar, tone, and formatting in all written communication.
Meet key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to troubleshoot client issues.
Education and Experience
Graduates in any discipline.
Fresher / Experienced.
5.5 Days a week.
Comfortable in 24*7 Environment.
Logistics and Transport
Cab Facility: Available within a 25 KM radius of the Jaipur facility.
Geographic Constraint: Candidates must reside within the operational cab zone.
Remote Work: This is strictly an on-site role, not open to remote candidates
only immediate joiner required .
