Job Requirement:
*Excellent communication Skills in English
*Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or
a combination
*Confident, Energetic && Assertive while conversing
*Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to handle complex situations
*Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs

Education:
- Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma Holders etc.
Salary && Perks
3-4.5 LPA
