Key Responsibilities
Analyse and validate client data for software implementationConfigure software modules, digital forms, and customer environmentsSupport product implementation, system setup, and quality validationWork with AI tools such as ChatGPT (GPT-5), Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies to improve productivityCollaborate with our Australia and UK Product Support & Customer Success teamsLearn enterprise software implementation, product configuration, and customer onboardingRequirements
