Relationship Deepening: Leverage your existing network and the FundsIndia platform to build long-term, trust-based wealth relationships.
Seed Book Utilization: Effectively manage and grow the "seed book" allocated by FundsIndia to accelerate your initial ramp-up.
Portfolio Advisory: Offer a wide product suite (Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, etc.) to ensure long-term wealth creation for your clients.
Phygital Engagement: Combine in-person meetings with our digital tools to provide a modern, efficient advisory experience.Role & responsibilities
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking "rockstar" performers from the branch banking ecosystem who meet the following criteria:
Experience: 46 years of solid experience in Branch Banking or Wealth Management.
Stability: A proven track record of stability in your current organization with deep-rooted client relationships.
Proven Performance: A history of being a consistent "Top Performer" or "A-Grader" in your current branch/region.
Managed AUM: Currently managing an active AUM of 2050 Crores.
Growth Mindset: Ambition to eventually transition into Private Wealth management. .
