Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management

- Client Engagement
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Mobilize stakeholders for portfolio reviews
- Maintain proactive engagement approach and conduct in-person meetings
- Client Servicing
- Act as the single point of contact for client queries
- Coordinate with teams for timely query resolution
- Maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction
- Growth and Opportunity Development
- Identify ways to optimize client portfolios
- Explore solutions aligned with client's goals
- Introduce value-added services such as estate planning or tax advisory
- Product & Portfolio Knowledge
- Maintain understanding of client portfolios and financial planning principles
- Provide insights and coordinate with the investment team
- Stay updated on market trends and product developments
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ownership, empathy, and client-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
- Understanding of financial products and wealth advisory concepts

Qualifications Required
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- 3-7 years of experience in client management or wealth management
- Prior experience with HNI/UHNI clients preferred
