The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and clients to define product strategy, gather requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that improve the advisor and client experience. Required Skills 10+ years of Product Management experience.Strong experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Financial Services.Experience with portfolio management, investment products, brokerage, or advisory platforms.Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into product roadmaps and user stories.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, and Business.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within wealth management is a plus.Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision and roadmap.Gather and prioritize business and client requirements.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.Work with development teams to deliver high-quality product releases.Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve wealth management solutions.Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.Support UAT, product launches, and post-production activities.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience with digital wealth platforms, investment products, or financial planning tools.Certifications such as CSPO, CFA, or PMP are a plus.Compensation: 330,065.07 - 1,287,092.56 per year Work Location: Remote .
