Wealth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced AIF Wealth Manager for our SEBI registered Category I AIF. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, with a strong focus on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS). This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing AIFs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), providing comprehensive wealth management advice, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with HNI clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and overall financial goals. Provide exceptional client services by delivering personalized wealth management solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Investment Advisory: Offer comprehensive advice on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategies aligned with clients' financial goals. Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in AIF products and their suitability for different investor profiles. Conduct thorough financial planning and analysis to develop customized investment plans. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the AIF landscape, including various fund structures, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities. Effectively communicate the value proposition of AIF products to clients. Sales and Business Development: Actively promote AIF products to potential clients and channel partners. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective lead generation and conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and partners. Qualifications Master's degree in Finance from Tier I institution, Economics, or a related field. CFA or CA qualification (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management with a strong focus on AIFs. Proven sales and business development track record. Certification in wealth management or related field (preferred). Desired Skills Strong understanding of the Indian HNI market, their investment preferences. financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
