Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Wealth Managers to achieve business and revenue targets. Drive sales of wealth products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Income, Insurance, and other investment solutions. Acquire new retail/HNI clients and deepen relationships with existing customers. Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and field support. Ensure high standards of customer service and client retention. Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Work closely with branch and regional leadership to execute business strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Analyze market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
