Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Wealth Manager will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profile, and time horizon, and design customized financial plans and investment strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing client portfolios across asset classes, reviewing and rebalancing investments, and providing timely market updates and advisory recommendations. The role also involves assessing insurance needs, proposing suitable protection solutions, and coordinating with internal research, operations, and product teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management services. The Wealth Manager will maintain detailed documentation, ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, and build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and periodic review meetings. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Planning, including goal-based planning, asset allocation, and retirement planning. Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, with experience in mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and other financial instruments. Solid grounding in Finance, including understanding of capital markets, risk-return dynamics, and portfolio construction. Knowledge of Insurance products and solutions, covering life, health, and general insurance for holistic financial protection. Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CFP, NISM, or equivalent regulatory/market certifications are preferred. Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients. Proven ability to work with targets and timelines, with a client-centric approach and high ethical standards. .
