Wealth Manager HNI & UHNI Clients Location: Mumbai CTC: 10 LPA 30 LPA Experience: Minimum 5 Years About the Role Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. is looking for experienced Wealth Management professionals to join its Private Client Group (PCG) business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing HNI and UHNI client relationships, wealth advisory, portfolio management, and business development. Candidates should currently manage or be capable of moving a minimum client book size of 30 Crore and possess strong expertise in wealth products and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with HNI and UHNI clients. Acquire new affluent and wealth clients through referrals and networking. Manage and grow client AUM and overall portfolio value. Provide advisory solutions across Wealth and Investment products. Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted financial partner. Drive revenue through wealth product distribution and portfolio expansion. Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions. Conduct portfolio reviews and ensure superior client servicing. Achieve business, revenue, and AUM growth targets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Affluent Banking. Experience handling HNI and UHNI clients is mandatory. Candidate should manage or be capable of moving a minimum book size of 30 Crore. Strong relationship management and client acquisition experience. Proven track record in AUM growth and revenue generation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
