Hiring:-
We are looking for an experienced Weaving Master to join our manufacturing team in Purnia, Bihar.
Job Location: Purnia
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Interested candidates can share theircurrent CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.

Industry: Textile Manufacturing | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise day-to-day weaving operations
* Ensure production targets, fabric quality, and timely delivery
* Handle loom settings, adjustments, and troubleshooting
* Monitor machine efficiency, production, wastage, and downtime
* Identify and reduce weaving defects and quality issues
* Manage manpower and guide weaving operators
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams
* Maintain production reports and ensure safety & housekeeping standards

Candidate Requirements

* 3+ years of relevant experience in weaving operations
* Strong knowledge of looms, yarns, fabric construction, and weaving processes
* Experience in manpower and production management
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Textile Diploma / ITI /B.Tech/ B.E. preferred
* Candidates from any where India belongs to Bihar preferred
