01Key Responsibilities
1. Web Design:
- Designing and maintaining visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive.
- Collaborating with web developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Graphic Design:
- Creating engaging graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentations.
- Developing cohesive branding materials that adhere to the company's visual identity guidelines.
- UI/UX Design:
- Improving user experience by designing intuitive interfaces and navigation logic.
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Digital Content Creation:
- Producing multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and animations.
- Optimizing content for web and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Presenting design concepts and ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in web and graphic design roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and knowledge of SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across web and graphic design projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with animation and video editing tools like After Effects (Basics).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with prototyping tools (Sketch).
- Understanding of print production processes and best practices. .
