Designation: Web Content Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Web Content Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert. The Web Content Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert is responsible for analyzing and editing web content written by content writers to ensure it meets SEO, readability, conversion standards and Google EEAT guidelines. The SME is expected to provide feedback based on findings, identify potential areas for improvement and coach the team. The ideal candidate has knowledge of writing SEO-driven content that generates leads, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content management and/or quality assurance of web content
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques
- Strong knowledge of content development best practices and trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Experience working with CMS/website builders such as WordPress, WIX
- Experience working with generative AI
- Bachelors degree in Literature, Mass Communication
