Should have a creative & thoughtful approach to requests & collaborate with team.
Good to have experience in Frontend / UI technology: HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap / Responsive Design, SCSS, jQuery, JavaScript, etc.
Added benefit if have sound knowledge of PHP, Laravel framework, NodeJS, MySQL, etc.
Good knowledge of design patterns, cross browser compatibility.
Note: Create websites (static website having 5 to 10 pages) as freelancer on fix amount/website. .
