About the Role:
Were looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own and drive complex product areas with a strong technical lens in Web3 space.
Youll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric products in a fast-paced startup environment.
What Youll Do:
Own end-to-end product strategy and execution deployed on the blockchain
Drive prioritization and technical trade-offs across multiple initiatives
Act as the primary product point of contact for engineering and leadership
Drive data-driven decision-making using product analytics, user insights, and experimentation
Coordinate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and unblock execution
Manage releases end-to-end: scope, timelines, documentation, and internal communication
Must Have:
1+ years of experience in Product Management with strong technical ownership, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, crypto or another regulatory tech environment.
2+ years experience in software engineering or a deeply technical role before or alongside product
Experience with developing web3 products, familiarity with diverse web3 landscape.
Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and basic system design
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable leading discussions and trade-offs
Experience owning 01 product experience
Willingness to work 6 days/week from the Gurugram office
Good to have an exposure to Canton network.
