Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management
Manage and maintain the company website on a day-to-day basis.Upload and update products, descriptions, prices, images, supplier information, and other content.Ensure all website information is accurate, complete, current, and presented professionally.Regularly review the website to identify errors, missing information, broken links, and usability issues.Coordinate with developers or external technical service providers to resolve technical problems.Monitor website performance and ensure that required updates are completed on time.2. Website Design and Presentation
Maintain a professional, attractive, and consistent visual appearance across the website.Improve page layouts, product presentation, banners, images, and other visual elements.Create or edit basic marketing and website materials using tools such as Canva or Figma.Recommend practical improvements to the websites design and user experience.Ensure that all content follows the companys branding and quality standards.3. Supplier Coordination
Maintain regular and professional communication with suppliers.Collect product information, prices, images, documents, and other required materials.Follow up proactively with suppliers until all requested information is received.Assist suppliers with website- or portal-related questions.Maintain organized and accurate supplier records.Build positive working relationships while ensuring that suppliers meet agreed requirements and deadlines.4. Reporting and Process Improvement
Maintain trackers and prepare regular reports on supplier status, missing information, website updates, and open issues.Identify operational problems and propose practical solutions.Suggest new tools, processes, and ideas that can improve efficiency and website quality.Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.Candidate Requirements
24 years of relevant experience in website operations, e-commerce, content management, vendor coordination, or application support.Experience working with a CMS or e-commerce platform such as WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or a similar system.Good visual sense and a basic understanding of digital design and user experience.Working knowledge of Canva or Figma.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong communication and supplier-management skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.Ability to learn new systems quickly and understand business processes.A proactive, energetic, solution-oriented, and responsible working style.Ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision.Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, image preparation, or operational efficiency.Previous experience working with product catalogues or supplier portals.Experience coordinating with web developers or external technology providers.Compensation: 50,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
