Role: Product Support Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai Work from Office
Experience: 4+ Years
Work Model: 247 Rotational Shifts | 9.5-hour shifts
Project: International / Manufacturing Technology Support
What Were Looking ForWere ideally looking for someone with a Software Development background who can go beyond basic support and understand the technology behind the product.
You should have:
4+ years of experience in Software Development / Application / Product Support
Robust knowledge of .NET/C#, Java, or similar programming languages
Good hands-on knowledge of SQL & databases
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with application logs, incident management & root-cause analysis
Excellent verbal & written communication skills mandatory
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 247 support environment
What Youll Do Provide L1/L2 product & application support
Troubleshoot application and database issues
Analyse logs and identify root causes
Work closely with development and technical teams
Support deployments, testing & production environments
Manage incidents and ensure SLA-driven resolution
Communicate with international clients and stakeholders
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
