Role description
Handling Webserver / Middleware / Database /SAN box server at onsite DC & DR Bank of Baroda.
Handling issues related to Bank of Baroda middleware connectivity challenge with Oracle database.
Managing McAfee EPO antivirus server at Bank of Baroda onsite [ Policy creation / USB Block].
Responsible for security Audit closure for Bank of Baroda onsite for Web/App/DB at DC~DR.
Co-ordinated for established connectivity from DC~DR for database successful replication.
Act as a SPOC for the Bank of Baroda customer and the Internal teams.
Manage to deploy security Forcepoint DLP solutions on all desktop machines
Handling SAP ERP servers for compliance and security controls and change management.
Responsible for co-ordinate and manage corporate fsstech.com website WAF and SSL certificate
renewal.
Responsible for managing McAfee Enterprise solutions across organisation and Microsoft Defender
for Mumbai location. [ Blocking IOCs MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, Malicious domain and IPs]
Co-ordination between Internal /External support teams like 3rd party vendor, application team,
middleware team, database & network team.
Perform initial analysis and investigate the issues to provide workaround solution based on
the standard operating procedure (SOP) available for all the applications [Add/Modify/Delete]
procedures based on the feedback from application support teams.
Maintain checklist for the day-to-day operations activities, deployments, and post implementation
Validation for onsite and inhouse.
Maintain all documentation needed for the internal and external audits, close the open audit points
by coordinating with the respective teams.
Responsible for Audit Findings and closure of Audit Bank Thane Office.
Managing Mumbai AD, DHCP, Print server.
Manually block IOCs in Defender [ Blocking IOCs MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, Malicious domain and IPs].
Managing Zscaler in FSS corporate office.
Creating scripts to automate network operation using Auto IT automation tool.
