Windows Support Engineer

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Strong troubleshooting skills related to desktop environments and application support. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on impact and urgency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
