Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented female Content Moderators to join our remote team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and engaging digital environment by reviewing user-generated content across various platforms. This role is perfect for women looking to work from the comfort of their homes while contributing to online safety and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review text, images, and video content for compliance with platform policies.
Identify and report inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content.
Maintain high accuracy in decision-making to ensure consistent enforcement of guidelines.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on content flagged by AI or users.
Escalate complex issues to senior moderation or legal teams as needed.
Collaborate with the moderation team to improve workflow and policies.
Ensure community standards and brand reputation are upheld at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Experience
No prior experience requiredideal for freshers, stay-at-home mothers, or women restarting their careers.
Experience in content moderation, customer service, or online community management is an added advantage.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts available (Morning, Afternoon, Evening).
Minimum commitment: 4 hours/day.
Weekend availability is optional but preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and user behavior.
Understanding of content moderation standards and community guidelines.
Ability to manage stress and maintain professional objectivity when exposed to sensitive material.
