01Requirements
Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights.
7-10 years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
Huron requires a masters degree in finance or accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferences:
Holds active Workday Certification (Adaptive or Financials preferred)
May consider candidates with prior experience implementing Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM, TM1 solutions
Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects.
Experience with design, configuration and development of Adaptive planning solutions.
Experience with Adaptive integration.
Extensive knowledge of Excel.
Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities.
Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
Willingness to attend and present at orals
Strong understanding of financial processes, principles, and best practices.
Project management experience is a plus.
