Lead end-to-end data conversion activities for Workday implementations (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.)Analyze legacy system data and map it to Workday data structuresDesign and develop data conversion strategies, templates, and ETL processesPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Workday delivered toolsCleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness before migrationCollaborate with functional and technical teams to define data requirementsExecute mock loads, identify issues, and resolve data discrepanciesSupport integration testing, UAT, and deployment phasesMaintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules, and conversion processesEnsure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standardsTroubleshoot data load errors and optimize conversion performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in data migration or data conversion projects2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday implementationsStrong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)Strong data mapping, data modeling, and data validation skillsProficiency in SQL, Excel and data analysisExperience handling large datasets and complex data structuresUnderstanding of data governance and data quality frameworksPreferred QualificationsExperience in at least one full-cycle Workday implementationWorkday certification (HCM, Financials, or Integrations) .
