We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance tester with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) along with Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Finance applications.Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate Workday Financial modules including:Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)General Ledger (GL)Test inbound and outbound integrations using:Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Workday StudioCore ConnectorsValidate financial transactions, accounting entries, business processes, and security roles.Execute end-to-end integration testing between Workday and external financial systems.Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.Prepare test plans, test reports, and defect documentation using test management tools.Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders during project delivery.Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities.
Required Skills
5+ years of QA/Testing experience with Workday Finance.Strong testing experience in:Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)General Ledger (GL)Hands-on experience with:Workday EIBWorkday StudioCore ConnectorsExperience in Integration Testing and End-to-End testing.Good understanding of Workday Business Processes and Security.Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
