About the Job: MSBC Group is hiring a Workday Financials Developer with experience of 5+ years to join their remote team. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Workday Finance module development. The selected candidate will independently design, develop, and support Workday Financial solutions while collaborating closely with Finance and IT stakeholders. The role requires hands-on experience in integrations, reporting, business process configuration, and system optimization. Eligibility 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials development. Strong expertise in Workday Finance modules is mandatory. 5+ years of work experience with Workday Integration. 5+ years of experience in Information Technology. 5+ years of work experience with Workday Financial Management. 5+ years of work experience with Azure SQL. Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Experience in Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning. Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and SQL. Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes. Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders. Ability to start immediately. Role and Responsibilities Develop and enhance Workday Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Assets, Procurement, and Banking. Build integrations and reports within the Workday ecosystem. Configure business processes and security settings. Support Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning functionalities. Provide production support and optimize system performance.
