01Key Responsibilities
Act as a Workday subject matter expert across HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Learning modules.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and manage implementation or enhancement projects.
Configure and maintain business processes, reports, and integrations related to Workday modules.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and manage resolution through Workday Support or internal teams.
Support Workday releases by assessing impact, testing current functionality, and training end-users.
Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials for HR and system users.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or configuration changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
37 years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or Consultant.
Proven experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Learning modules.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
Experience with Workday configuration, security, reporting, and business process frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
