Support our P&C & Product teams in the continual prioritisation of the Demand BacklogElicit requirements using meetings & workshops as appropriate.Participate in the development of business process definitions including eliciting current state processes and facilitating the definition of future state processes that are valid, traceable and justifiable.Critically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish between user requests and the underlying true needs. Interpret business needs to resolve process and technical solution issues and recommend business process, system and integration change options to resolve.Document requirements in business & functional specifications and application configuration workbooksCollaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams to discuss and agree solution options.Proactively make recommendations to the Product team on tactical and strategic opportunities which maximise business value Participate in Sprint Prioritisation meetings as a trusted advisorLead our P&C teams in the creation of UAT Scenarios and UAT testing .
