01Role Overview
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Workday system and HR technology processes. The role will oversee onboarding workflows, data integrity, and automation of HR processes globally. This position is a key enabler of digital HR transformation and ensures seamless employee experiences.
02Key Responsibilities
Serve as the global administrator for Workday HRIS modules.Manage system configuration, maintenance, testing, and upgrades.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across the HR system.Design and optimize HRIS workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exits.Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for HR leadership and business partners.Partner with IT and vendors for integrations and technical support.Support global onboarding processes with automation, digital document management, and employee experience design.Train HR users and provide troubleshooting support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.6-8 years of HRIS experience with at least 3+ years on Workday Benefits.Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and workflow design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certifications or equivalent expertise.Knowledge of global HR compliance requirements.Experience supporting HR Shared Services or CoE models. .
