Role : Workday Integration & Reporting ConsultantExperience : 5+ YearsJob Type : Full-TimeRole : Workday Integration & Reporting ConsultantIndustry : IT / Software ServicesLocation : As per business requirementWork Mode : As per business requirementAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting, integrations, production support, and enterprise application connectivity.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reports, SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, XSLT, and end-to-end integration development. The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop scalable Workday solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and support ongoing enhancements.This role requires a strong understanding of Workday HCM and the ability to manage integrations throughout their complete lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.Key Responsibilities : 1. Workday Reporting : - Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports based on business requirements.- Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom reports for HR and business analytics.- Create calculated fields, filters, prompts, report fields, and complex report logic.- Develop reports supporting HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and other Workday modules.- Analyze existing reports and recommend improvements for performance, usability, and data accuracy.- Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies.- Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.2. Dashboards & Report Writer : - Build interactive Workday dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.- Develop custom reports and analytics based on business needs. (ref:hirist.tech) .
