As a Workday Integration's Sr Consultant/Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, and challenging work. Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including, Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital Workday practice can expect to work closely with leadership on a variety of tasks and initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Current Workday Integration Core and Studio certification5+ years of integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvementsIntegration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 3 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phasesDeep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud ConnectExcellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaborationExperience with estimating, implementation planning, and project managementAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsExcellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-taskAbility to manage multiple projects of differing scale and durationDesire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies .
