Workday Payroll Consultant | US & Canada | Pune Join a global HCM support team to manage Workday Payroll for US and Canada with focus on AMS, configuration, and compliance. Required Skills: - 3-6 years of Workday experience with hands-on Workday Payroll US & Canada - Experience in AMS / Production Support model and ticket-based environment L2/L3 support - Strong knowledge of US Payroll: Federal, State, Local taxes, W-2 processing, IRS compliance - Strong knowledge of Canada Payroll: CRA compliance, ROE, T4, provincial taxes - Expertise in Workday Payroll configuration: Earnings, Deductions, Benefits, Retro, Off-cycle runs - Experience with Workday Business Process Framework BPF, Payroll integrations, and reporting - Hands-on with integrations: Benefits, Time Tracking, GL, Banking, third-party vendors - Ability to manage incidents, RCA, service requests within SLAs and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT - Experience with Workday releases, feature adoption, audits, reconciliation, and year-end processing - Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and training skills Refer and Earn: 50,000 on successful hire Interested candidates can apply, OR refer a candidate and earn rewards up to 50,000 INR if they get hired.
