Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Configure and support Workday modules based on business needs.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday APIs.
- Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and business process configurations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills
- 8 10 years of overall IT experience with strong Workday Techno-Functional expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and one or more modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, or Benefits.
- Strong experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Experience in Business Process configuration and Workday security.
- Good understanding of data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL/XML/XSLT knowledge and integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable to Have Skills
- Experience with Workday Extend.
- Workday certification in HCM or Integrations.
- Experience with Prism Analytics.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation or enhancement projects.
