US Claims Location: Chennai Experience: 5 - 12 Years Job Description Within each Centre, Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivery of service for a Client and/or for a specific function within an Engagement, whether it be local or remote. The Service Delivery Manager manages multiple delivery teams within one or across different Engagements. Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing both internal and external clients. Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition planOrganize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teamsCollaborate with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (process design, technology enhancements, process standardization, etc.)Develop process excellence in HR Operational activities (e.g. Manage candidate information, create requsitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc)Provide clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teamsMonitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to core project management teamCreates & update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support toolMaintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency.Contribute to team Business As Usual activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc.Develop, mentor, and coach junior members.Handle client communication and reporting.Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skillsDemonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skillsHandle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution to problem.Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requsitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.)Handle employee requests according to the project deadlinesProvide expected quality of deliverables.Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving Talent acquisition related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to dateEnsure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with the team.Strong Analytical skills for the reporting.Team Management skills Valid experience of 5-12 years in HR domain Good verbal and written communication skills Positive team player Team management Experience in leading HR service delivery & transformation Experience in HR technology .
