Experience in Working Capital/Mortgage Operations
Working Capital Operations
\* Handle operational activities related to Working Capital products including: Cash Credit (CC),Overdraft (OD),Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL),Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit (where applicable)
\* Verify compliance with sanction terms and credit conditions prior to disbursement.
\* Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales, and External Vendors for timely processing.
Document Verification (DVU):
\* Thorough verification of loan, security, and disbursement documents as per sanction terms and bank policy.
\* Scrutiny of borrower documents including:
\* Constitutional documents (MOA, AOA, Partnership Deed, Trust Deed)
\* KYC documents
\* Board/Partner resolutions
\* Identification and rectification of discrepancies before disbursement. .
