Job Summary
We are seeking a Terraform Enterprise Architect/Consultant with significant hands-on expertise in Terraform Enterprise and multi-cloud platforms. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to optimize clients' cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical, consulting, and mentoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Terraform architectures for various client environments and use cases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored Terraform architecture strategies.
- Offer best practice recommendations and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement Terraform solutions that meet client expectations and operational standards.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Train client teams on Terraform usage, best practices, and architecture design.
- Mentor teams through complex technical issues and skill development.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to Terraform implementations.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Terraform, including Terraform Enterprise.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in Python (or Ruby, Go) for scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews at client locations based on account requests.
- Commitment to Day 1 onsite reporting from the date of joining.
