Yoga Instructor Key Responsibilities
- Conduct yoga classes for individuals and groups of different skill levels.
- Demonstrate and explain yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
- Develop customized yoga routines based on participants fitness levels and goals.
- Ensure proper posture, alignment, and safe practice during sessions.
- Monitor participants and provide corrections or modifications when required.
- Lead warm-up, stretching, relaxation, and cool-down sessions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment.
- Motivate participants and encourage consistency in their wellness routines.
- Track participants progress and provide appropriate guidance.
- Promote overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga and mindfulness practices.
