Your Next Role Awaits AR Caller Job Description We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented AR Caller Medical Billing to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding payments, verify account details, and resolve billing-related queries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely collections and accurate billing, contributing to the smooth operation of the medical billing process. Qualifications: Any UG Degree Prior experience in medical billing, insurance follow-ups, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Valuable communication skills, especially over phone and email. Basic computer skills and experience using billing software or CRMs. Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and tact.
