01Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement across all platforms.Manage daily operations of our social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Ideate and create compelling content, including features and product videos, in collaboration with the content and product teams.Monitor social media comments and messages to foster a positive and engaging community through active interaction and feedback.Leverage your knowledge in trading and investment to create relevant and informative content. Stay updated with market trends, news, and insights.Collaborate with partners and influencers to expand our reach and enhance content quality.Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach and engagement.Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools to drive growth and engagement.Experiment with new content formats, styles, and technologies to keep the channel fresh and engaging.Monitor YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve the channels performance.
Expected Skills:
Proven experience in managing and growing successful YouTube channels, ideally within stock broking or fintech companies.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in trading and investment.Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and innovate.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbais Western suburbs).
