Job Description:
Investment Counsellor is a specialist role who will partner with the sales team to upgrade and leverage business from the key customer segments. Some of the significant deliverables for the role are as follows:
- Product specialist for each zone one stop for all product related pitches and queries
- Fill in for Fund Managers as and when required in interactions with Distribution / partners
- Adopt the top relationships in each zone for detailed insights and performance management
- Enhance team knowledge through repeated engagements and gamification of information
- Provide Investment Advise-Offer tailored investment strategies based on customers financial goals, risk tolerance and market conditions. Products include MF with focus on PMS,AIFs and Passives.
- Support Business Development-Identify opportunities to expand alternatives & passives strategies.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams-work with analytics and relationship managers, channel heads to deliver holistic solutions.
- Conduct Training Sessions and Huddles for internal Sales Teams and distributors to upgrade knowledge on products.
- Product Pitching -Develop and implement a common pitch for specific products, ensuring consistent communication across the zone.
- Market Intelligence-Gather feedback on competitor products, positioning and market trends to inform the investment team. .
