Establish robust relationships with key business owners, industry associations, trade bodies, and strategic stakeholders
Drive productivity, performance management, and sales governance across the organization
Collaborate closely with credit, risk, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and business performance to ensure sustainable growth
Drive process improvements, market intelligence, and competitive positioning to enhance business outcomes .
