About the Role We are looking for an experienced Zone Manager to lead operations across multiple therapy centres. The ideal candidate will drive business performance, oversee centre operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery while achieving revenue and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations across multiple centres within the assigned zone. Drive revenue growth, admissions, retention, and overall business performance. Lead and mentor Centre Managers, HR, and Business Development teams. Monitor operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and centre performance. Conduct regular centre visits to ensure operational excellence and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion and business growth. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare quality standards. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Management qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years of operations or P&L management experience, including 2+ years managing multiple locations. Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, education, retail, or hospitality preferred. Strong leadership, people management, and business operations experience.
