01Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices
Define and drive system architecture for high-performance and high-availability applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers
Evaluate and introduce current technologies to improve system efficiency

Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
Expertise in AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles
Proficiency in MySQL and database design/optimization
Experience in building scalable distributed systems
Good to Have
Working knowledge of Java
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Exposure to Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j)
