About the Role
NetTech India is looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, CI/CD, automation and containerization, along with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on DevOps training sessions.
- Train students on real-world DevOps tools, workflows and deployment practices.
- Conduct practical labs, assignments, projects and assessments.
- Guide students through real-time DevOps projects and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises and interview-oriented content.
- Mentor students and assist them with technical and career guidance.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry requirements.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.

- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

- Maven / Gradle and basic build tools
- Monitoring & Logging Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/CloudWatch
- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing and Networking
Preferred Qualifications
- 25 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud / Automation.
- Prior experience as a DevOps Trainer, Technical Trainer, Mentor or Instructor is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to beginners.
- Experience working on real-time projects is an advantage.
- Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes or DevOps certifications are a plus.
