2. HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Rishikesh

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience preferred
• Knowledge of sourcing through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn
• Good communication and candidate management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
• Handling end-to-end recruitment activities
