Job Description 

We are seeking a talented Adobe Illustrator specialist to join our dynamic team who is highly passionate about visual storytelling, and eager to make their presence in the world of design. The candidate will be playing a pivotal role in bringing brands to reality vision through stunning visuals, illustrations and consistency, and collaborative teamwork. The candidate will be designing illustrations that capture attention conveying the brand's message. 

They will be responsible for maintaining all elements including designing logos, icons, custom artwork, and other techniques of creativity. They will be Maintaining consistency in visual elements across various platforms and mediums, ensuring that our brand identity remains cohesive and recognizable. Their detailed eye for design principles and aesthetics will play a crucial role in upholding our brand standards. Working closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to understand project objectives and deliverables is a crucial aspect of their responsibilities. To excel in this role, the candidate will need proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator and other design software, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity. A passion for creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling illustrations. A meticulous approach to work, with a focus on precision and quality in every design element. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to organizational growth.

Responsibility 

• The candidate will be responsible for developing stunning illustrations that effectively communicate the brand's values. 

• Utilizing expert command of Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality illustrations, graphics, and visual elements. 

• The candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the design process from concept to completion ensuring consistency.  

• The candidate should be active and determined in participating in brainstorming sessions, discussions, and debates providing valuable insights. 

• Contributing to tasks including demonstrating proficiency in digital design tools, mainly in Adobe Illustrator, and other software applications 

• Managing multiple projects together, adhering to tight deadlines as per requirement.

Qualification 

• Should have done a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience as an Illustrator or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative talent and technical proficiency.

• Should be Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and other design software, along with a deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

• Should possess Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling designs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.

• The candidate should have a Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
